Ericson had spent most of his time on football training since age of 8. He was an enthusiastic football player in district youth football and school team and awarded in some competitions when he was young. In 2007, Ericson started to do weight training due to his dissatisfaction of his body figure. Gratefully, he encountered an awesome bodybuilder trainer who inspired him to be a personal trainer as his career. Ericson accomplished in a variety of professional qualifications and certifications during this decade. Ericson has successfully assisted numerous clients to achieve their personal fitness targets. Manju is seeking for an ever-deeper understanding of human health and has been working in the health and wellness industry since 2002. In addition to that she has been working in fitness industry since 2016.
Fitness and nutrition are vital part of the healthy lifestyle. Where I would love to focus on quality over quantity. To this day, I enjoy passing the knowledge I have acquired through a broad spectrum of experience to others through the medium of the human body.
I find great satisfaction to see others achieve their goals. Planning an individual program for a client or coaching clients in a small group sessions, I enjoy embracing the differences between styles, and analyzing the reasoning behind the original exercises and their variations.

Masa first turned to yoga to unwind and refocus from the stresses of her corporate job. She subsequently completed her yoga teacher training in Bali and has been sharing her yoga practice ever since. As an avid runner and hiker, Masa has benefited from yoga not only as a way of relaxation but also in improving her athletic performance.
Boxing Classes are conducted in a form of small group classes. Each class is limited to 4-6 persons. Boxing has always been recognized as the most effective calorie burning aerobic exercise, which can burn approximately 800-1000 calories per hour. It is a much beneficial way to combine with a healthy vegan diet for fat losing.
Henson practiced a variety of martial arts since he was young and was a taekwondo representative in his college, as well as a former Hong Kong Karate athlete. He then moved into full contact combat, including karate, boxing, integrated combat, etc. He is now an active muay thai / kick boxing fighter.
